The following is a list of years in which breweries listed on the site have opened. The number next to the year is the number of breweries that opened in that year. Please note that this is not a complete list of all breweries ever in existance, just the ones on this site and is nowhere near complete before the mid-1980's. Additional historical information is being added as time allows.
