|Pub With Brewery Attached|
|Address||The Tipsy Toad Brewery|
La Route de Beaumont
Brewing commenced after a refurbishment of The Star pub in Spring 1992. A 9BBL plant was used. Following much success, a sister, the Tipsy Toad Townhouse, was opened in 1994. The original brewers left in 1996 to set up Skinner's Ales and soon after the brewery was taken over by Jersey Brewery. The plant was removed at the end of June 2004 and relocated to form The Jersey and Tipsy Toad Brewery.
We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website. For historical information, we suggest you also visit the brewery page on the unfortunately no longer updated Beermad.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover all possibilities: Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed, Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation and Local Authority which represents the third tear District level.
