History
Formerly the plant at the Ancient Druids, Cambridge, this Charles Wells Ltd owned brewpub opened in August 1998. The brewery was closed on the 15th January 2002. The plant was sold to Hopshackle Brewery Ltd.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
