Founded as Green Jack Brewery following the purchasing of the plant and building of Forbes Brewery in November 1993.Following a split in the partners in late 2001 the brewery was renamed to its current name and later in 2003 a new Green Jack Brewery opened. Ceased brewing in 2008.
