History
Opened in a motorcycle showroom in May 1996 using the disused brewery of Lions Original Brews from Burnley. The brewery has expanded many times an at the end of 2008 was taken over by Mitchell's Hotels, the remnants of the former Mitchell's Brewery

The company owns two pubs in York, The Last Drop Inn, Colliergate and The Three Legged Mare, High Petergate
