First brewed in November 2011 as Attwood Ales Ltd. A 10BBL plant was used. The name was changed to its current version in 2014. The brewery closed in late 2017. The brewery site was sold to Hartlebury.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
