57 Ann Street
Formed in 1905 this brewery ceased brewing real ale in the late 1950s. It restarted brewing ales again in 1992 using a 40BBL plant. Took over the Tipsy Toad in early 1997. Stopped brewing real ale in Spring 1999 at their main site, which still brewed keg beers, but the Tipsy Toad continues until both plants were relocated under the name of The Jersey and Tipsy Toad Brewery.
We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website. For historical information, we suggest you also visit the brewery page on the unfortunately no longer updated Beermad.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover all possibilities: Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed, Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation and Local Authority which represents the third tear District level.
