History
A malt extract brewplant was installed in this pub during a refurbishment in 1983 by Whitbread. In the mid 1990's the brewery was upgraded to a full mash four barrel brewlength plant. More recent beers have been brewed by Titanic, but it is unsure if this is at Titanic or at the Lass. It was reported that the brewplant is to be removed during spring 2003 and that the brewery will not brew again.
Beers Brewed
We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for Lass O'Gowrie Brewhouse on the independant www.beermad.org.uk.

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
