Following the split in the partnership running Fulbeck Brewery, John O'Gaunt was set up sharing the plant of The Parish Brewery. By late 2002 brewing was transferred to their own plant at the above location. The brewery closed in Autumn 2004. The plant was sold to Frodsham Brewery.
