History
Opened in February 1996, based behind the Castle Hotel, in Llandeilo. Moved to its current site in Summer 2000, using the plant formerly at the Fermenter & Firkin. Built up a small pub estate in 2000, but at the end of 2001, following a management decision, these were split from the brewery to form Celtic Inns and a new brewery company was formed.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
