History
Brewing commenced in May 1987 using a 5BBL plant located at the Wyndham Arms, Estcourt Road, Salisbury. Following much success, it moved to its current location in May 1992 but continued to also use the original location. The adjoining industrial units have been acquired over the years as further expansion was required. Brewing ceased at the Wyndham Arms in 1995 with the plant moved to the Reading Lion Brewery.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
