Founded in 1877, this brewery was taken over by Thomas Hoskin in 1906. During the 1980 it changed hands a number of times. Purchased by Archers during the early part of 2000 with production transferred to Swindon. Following the failure of Burns Leisure in late 2001, the brand ceased to exist.
