History

Opened Autumn 2000 using the name White Hart Inn. A home built 18 gallon brewplant is used. Started using the name Carter's Ales during the early part of 2002. Brewing was suspended towards the end of 2003 but had resumed a year or so later.

Beers Brewed

We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for Carter's Brewery on the independant www.beermad.org.uk.

Regular Outlets

Beers are almost exclusively available at the White Hart.

Directions

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
