History
Started brewing in 1980, initially using a 5 barrel brewplant. This has been expanded to a 15 barrel plant over the years. A feature of the brewery is the large number of beer related food items that are available, such as beer mustard and cheese.
Beers Brewed
We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for The Chiltern Brewery on the independent www.beermad.org.uk.

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
