History
Opened in March 1999 using a nine gallon brewplant purchased from Museum. In the second half of 2000 capacity was increased by the addition of a one barrel plant formerly used at the Winchester Arms.

Regular Outlets
Most of the beer from this brewery is sold at the White Hart Inn.
