History

Started brewing in September 1992 using a hand built 5 barrel brewplant based in a renovated National Trust owned cow shed. By July 1997 sales required the purchase of a new 10-12½ barrel brewplant.

Regular Outlets

The brewery owns one pub, Old Inn, Kilmington, Axminster and the beer is always available at The Fountain Head, Branscombe and The Bridge Inn, Topsham, Exeter amongst others.

Visit Information

Brewery visits are available in the winter by arrangement with the brewery.

Distribution Information

Most beer is delivered directly but the following wholesalers are also used The Molecrew, Ales of the Unexpected, The Beer Seller, Beer Warehouse Ltd and Flying Firkin Distribution Ltd.
