History
This brewpub opened in May 1997 as an integral part of a college course in pub management and brewing. The 2½ barrel brewplant was supplied by Mossbrew Brewing Systems. Several other brewers have test brewed on this plant. Brewing ceased in early 2004, however Beechams branded beers are brewed at Three Rivers. The plant was sold to Merlin Brewery Ltd.
Beers Brewed
We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for Beecham's Bar and Brewery on the independant www.beermad.org.uk.

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
