A picture of North Yorkshire Brewing Co

History

This brewery started production in early 1990 at 80-84 North Ormesby Road, Middlesbrough (which by then was actually in the county of Cleveland). The brewery went through a number of expansions and in April 1998 moved to the current address. A 15 barrel brewplant is used. Beers have been known to be sold under the name Pinchinthorpe Hall Brewery.

Beers Brewed

We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for North Yorkshire Brewing Co on the independant www.beermad.org.uk.

Regular Outlets

As well as the various bars at Pinchinthorpe Hall approximately 100 other outlets are supplied.

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
