Test beers were first brewed in February 2003 with full production starting before the end of March 2003. The 1┬╝BBL plant came from Swaled Ale Brewery and was based at the Norman Knight public house in Shipstone on Stour. The brewery was upgraded to a 5BBL plant in early summer 2004. The brewery moved to its current location in early 2007. The brewery closed in Summer 2019 and the site and plant were sold to Combe Brewery.

For historical information, we suggest you also visit the brewery page on the unfortunately no longer updated Beermad.
