Full Mash Brewery

History

A quarter barrel plant, partly in the brewer's kitchen and partly in his outhouse. Brewing started in August 2003. By March 2005 the brewery had been upgraded to a 1 BBL plant. The brewery was upgraded once more during early 2006 to a 2BBL plant and once more to a 5BBL plant in the summer of 2007.

Cask Identification

Cask colour bands are burgundy/gold/burgundy.
