Started brewing in September 2008 using a 1BBL plant. This was upgraded to a 5BBL plant during Spring 2009. The brewery closed in mid-2010 following a split in the owning partnership with the brewery reopening as Bellinger Brewery Company.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
