History
Started in January 2001, initially based on Canterbury Hill, Canterbury. The 15BBL plant mostly came from the Fizgig & Firkin. The brewery relocated during Spring 2005 to its current address. Brewing was suspended in late 2022 pending a relocation.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
