History
Brewing started in May 1995 in a converted farm building initially using the name White Brewing Company. A 10BBL plant was used. In 2010 they purchased the name of the former Franklin's Brewing Co and transferred production to this site. A change to the current name occurred in April 2011. The used of Edge ceased in late 2011 with all brewing done under the name of their sister brand Franklins.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
