History
Opened in 1997. A 5 barrel plant. A sister brewery City of Stirling Brewery opened in January 2004. The brewplant was du to be relocated to the Stirling Brewery in early 2006 for a few months to allow for the brewery to be refurbished.

Directions
Exit Bridge of Allan railway station onto the railway bridge and turn right down Henderson Street. After about 600 yards The Queens Hotel is on the right and turn right down Queen's Lane past the hotel. The brewery is behind the hotel.
