History

Started brewing in January 2004 using the name City of Stirling Brewery. A 20 barrel brewplant supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd is used. It is a sister brewery to Bridge of Allen and Trassachs Craft Brewery. During late 2005 a new company was formed to allow further investment and the brewery name was changed to just Stirling Brewery at the same time. the name then changed to it's current version in 2006

Beers Brewed

We do not maintain a list of beers brewed by each brewery. There may be a list on the brewery's own website and we suggest you also visit the entry for Traditional Scottish Ales Ltd on the independent www.beermad.org.uk.

Footnote - Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries. The links we provide cover both possibilities; Ceremonial Counties which are the areas for which a Lord-Lieutenant has been appointed; and Historic Counties (and their allied county boroughs) which represent the position before the 1974 re-organisation.
