History

Originally based at the Miners Arms Restaurant in Priddy, Somerset when brewing started in 1973 it moved to its final location in 1981. Brewing ceased in 1990, but for a few years after beers were brewed by Hop Back Brewery PLC.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
