History

Company set up after the closure of Ushers to market the beers now contract brewed under the Ushers brand by Thomas Hardy. Took over Wychwood in the spring of 2002. Also took over the brewing of the Brakspear brands on their closure in October 2002. Taken over itself by Marstons in March 2008.
