History
Took over the former Ventonwyn Brewing Company Ltd site towards the end of 2002. Beer production was not full-time and restricted to test beers. However new owners resulted in the beer becoming more available during Summer 2004. Brewing ceased towards the end of 2017.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
