History
First brewed March 2004 based at 14b Mimram Road, Hertford using a 10BBL plant and then known as Red Squirrel Brewery. The brewery moved to its current location in May 2011 after merging with a local wine wholesaler. In 2016 they renamed themselves to Mad Squirrel.
