History
Started brewing in October 2004 initially based at Thornbridge Hall, Ashford In The Water, Bakewell, DE45 1GS. The plant was formerly at Malton Brewery Company Ltd and has been expanded to 12BBL length. Opened a second plant at the above location in October 2009. The plant at Thornbridge Hall was removed in early 2021 and relocated to the main site.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
