History
Started brewing in April 2004. A 2½BBL plant, previously at Buntingford Brewery Limited, was initially used. During Summer 2007, the plant was upgraded to a 5BBL plant, the former plant being sold to Red Rat Craft Brewery.

Since the 1974 local government reorganisation there has been much controversy over many county boundaries.
